The national church planting ministry that Empower works with, requires a truck to transport essential equipment such as a sound system, tent, stage, pastors/teachers, and a music team, allowing them to conduct Jesus Festivals and Mini Crusade outreaches at various locations. The cost for this essential transportation is $21,000.
